Names of CADA Laureate finalists revealed

The process to be named a CADA Laureate starts with a nomination from the industry peer of a dealer candidate.

That person nominating can be another dealer, an OEM representative, or someone from the auto retail industry who can speak to the nominee’s qualifications.

Then, an independent group of experts narrows that list of nominees down to only five finalists in three categories: Ambassadorship, Business Innovation and Retail Operations.

iA Dealer Services is the exclusive sponsor of the CADA Laureate Award program.

The names of these 15 finalists, along with a detailed nomination package with details of why they are worthy winners, is sent to independent judges from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

The judges will pick the three winners and CADA will be announcing them in a special video later this month. Stay tuned for that!

Les finalistes Lauréats CADA sont annoncés

Le processus qui mène à l’obtention d’un prix Lauréat CADA commence par la mise en nomination d’un concessionnaire par un confrère.

Cette personne peut être un autre concessionnaire, le représentant d’un constructeur ou quelqu’un qui œuvre dans le secteur de la vente au détail de véhicules et qui peut attester des compétences du candidat.

Ensuite, un groupe indépendant d’experts ramène cette liste à cinq finalistes dans trois catégories : Fonction d’ambassadeur, Innovation commerciale et Commerce de détail.

iA Services aux concessionnaires est le commanditaire exclusif du programme de récompense Lauréat CADA.

Les noms de ces 15 finalistes, ainsi qu’une trousse de mise en nomination complète qui explique en détail pourquoi ils méritent de gagner, sont envoyés à des juges indépendants de l’Ivey Business School de l’université Western.

Les juges sélectionnent les trois gagnants, et la CADA les annoncera dans une vidéo spéciale plus tard ce mois-ci. Soyez à l’affût!
