ABSC’s next generation of talent in spotlight
March 18, 2024
In the fierce battle for talent, Canada’s car dealers need every edge they can get.
That’s why CADA works so closely with the Automotive Business School of Canada at Georgian College, and looks for opportunities to work with its students, including recruiting them to take part in major industry events like CADA Summit.
As part of that effort, CADA recently started posting video profiles of current ABSC students on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, so that dealers across Canada can meet some of them and learn more about their career ambitions and passion for Canada’s auto industry.
“These students are soon to be industry leaders, and it’s been great to learn more about them and introduce them to the industry on a national platform viewed by member car dealers,” said Tim Reuss, CADA’s President and CEO. “CADA is a big backer of the ABSC undergraduate and their Dealer Academy, and are happy to help boost the profile of some of these deserving students.”
CADA has already posted video profiles of two students, Grace Stein, and Sasha Wheeler, and we will continue to post more in the months ahead.
As an added bonus for CADA and the auto retail industry, the students who we have profiled have actively shared the posts on their own social media channels, giving more exposure to the great career opportunities in this industry to a younger generation.
If you know of a deserving ABSC student that we should feature in our social channels please contact Brigette Goldenshtein, CADA’s Communications Coordinator, at: [email protected]
