DSI Survey Access Links to be Sent on October 31

The 2018 CADA Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey (DSI) is fast approaching. Dealers will receive their secure access links by email on October 31, and will have until December 4 to complete the survey. Working copies will also be available on the CADA website to help ensure dealers are well-prepared to answer the online survey.
“The higher the response rate, the more accurate and meaningful the data will be to both dealers and manufacturers,” says Bonnie Wasser, CADA’s Industry Relations Manager. “This data is important, as it serves as a relationship barometer between new car dealers and their manufacturers. We want this information to be as accurate and valuable as possible for both parties.”
The DSI Survey is considered a key diagnostic and tuning tool to help keep manufacturer and dealer operations working successfully.
The 2018 version will include additional questions regarding the future of automotive retailing, meant to help CADA gather dealer perspectives on the direction of the Canadian auto industry. Questions seeking dealer views about manufacturer certified pre-owned programs and dealer management systems will also be included, as a result of dealer feedback received by CADA.
