HR Automation Gaining Momentum
July 30, 2018
Following the launch of CADA 360’s HR Automation on March 1, 2018, CADA released a new video that explains what the program has to offer and why it is useful to dealers. Marketing and promotional efforts – aided by support from provincial dealer associations – have sparked interest in the program among dealers, according to Lucille Laframboise, Assistant Director of Affinity Programs at CADA. She adds that HR Automation has been warmly received across the country.
“The program is capturing the attention of dealers throughout Canada and for good reason,” said Laframboise. “It was developed for dealers to reduce paperwork and shift manual online processes to automatic — and there is so much more to it. In fact, we decided to create a video to ensure dealers are fully aware of what the program is, how it can benefit them, and how they can use it.”
In a nutshell, HR Automation can help reduce paperwork and automate employee onboarding, performance reviews, safety training, timesheets, vacation and attendance management, and so much more. It can also help reduce a dealership’s risk and liability, and the program features DealerPILOT’s latest HR and health and safety features.
A representative from DealerPILOT will be contacting dealers in the near future to explain how the program can help them. CADA encourages all dealers to spend a few minutes to learn about the platform. “We think they will be sold on the simplicity and convenience of CADA 360 HR Automation,” said Laframboise, adding that, “It will only make their lives easier.”
If dealers would like a no-obligation compliance awareness check-up, or if they would like to receive more information about the program, Laframboise recommends contacting CADA at: 1-800-463-5289, or by email at CADA360@cada.ca.
